DISCOVER THE HEALING POWER OF DREAMS AND TAROTPY
Therapy doesn’t have to be hard and painful.
The Spiritual Psychotherapy methods taught and practiced at the Institute of Dreams and Tarotpy integrate ancient healing tools with psychotherapy practices such as hypnosis, family systems, Eco-psychology, and trauma therapy to get faster results. By using Dreams, Tarotpy and the I Ching as tools of self-discovery and psycho-spiritual growth, this methodology brings creativity and inspiration to the process of psychotherapy.
EXPERIENCE THE PROFOUND TRANSFORMATION
consultations, trainings, workshops, and on-going groups
-
A private consultation is both practical for problem solving and sacred. Practical because these psycho-spiritual tools access your inner resources and stimulate imagination for creative problem solving. Sacred because dreams and Tarotpy tap into greater consciousness, and reflect your innermost being with compassion and wisdom. Images bring new perspectives to any problem so that insights, solutions and shifts arise spontaneously.
A dream session is one hour. A Tarotpy session is an hour and a half. Consulting the I Ching when you need a specific direction or answer to a question is included in both dreamwork and Tarotpy sessions.
Unlike traditional psychotherapy with weekly sessions, many clients come for a session every other week, once a month, or for a single consultation as an adjunct to their regular therapy. Dreamwork and Tarotpy break through blocks and get right to the heart of the issue. You will get clarity and guidance; and find resilience even in the face of challenges.
Private consultations are offered on zoom and in person.

2nd Saturday of each month 11 am-2 pm: Tarotpy Practitioner Group
3rd Saturday of each month 11 am-2 pm: Tarotpy growth group
Workshops introduce basic principles and skills for using the Tarotpy method in clinical work and/or your personal contemplative practice. Workshops are an opportunity to practice these skills, gain perspective on a problem or question, and share your insights in a safe and intimate setting.
On-going groups are limited to eight people so that everyone has a chance to share a Tarotpy layout. This is deep work with the benefit of input from other group members as well as myself. You will gain insight into yourself and any concerns from multiple perspectives. There is a synergy that happens in a group so that participants learn from one another’s layouts. The group experience is enriching and offers on-going support within community.
“It's my conviction that slight shifts in imagination have more impact on living than major efforts at change... deep changes in life follow movements in imagination.”

In Lauren Schneider’s masterful book, Tarotpy — It’s All in the Cards, she provides us with a uniquely effective way to bring soul back into the room and into our lives in order to, as she says, “lay it on the table.” We need to restore our precious alchemical relationship with it, and, as you’ll discover in this book, Tarotpy is the ideal collaborator for doing just that.
